These terms govern your use of Bokfirma (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Service overview

Bokfirma is a browser-based invoicing tool.
Your invoice data is stored locally in your browser unless you choose to export or upload it.
Cloud-drive uploads (OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox) are optional and require your authorization.

Subscriptions and billing

Pro features are offered via subscription plans. There is no lifetime license.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Pricing and plan details are listed on our website.
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Cloud-drive integrations

If you connect a drive provider, you authorize Bokfirma to upload files on your behalf.
Access is granted using OAuth tokens stored in your browser. You can revoke access at any time in the provider settings.
We do not store your drive files on our servers.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to create unlawful or fraudulent documents.
You are responsible for compliance with applicable tax and invoicing rules.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We are not liable for losses arising from your use of the Service, including data loss or compliance issues.
